My Reasons to Fast
- To lose 1-2 lbs a day.
- To gain control over my eating habits.
- To detox.
- To flush out bad food cravings.
- To gain a sense of will power.
- To wear cute clothes before the weather gets cold.
- For mental clarity.
- So I can tone up my slimmer body before the end of the year.
- To have the thin face I used to have.
- To have a flat belly.
- To save money on groceries, so when I break my fast, I can continue to live a healthier lifestyle.
- So I can finally give up cigarettes, which leads me to having an extra 200 dollars a month to spend on things to make me look cute/sexy.
- To feel confident.
- To be happy again.
- To be a social butterfly again.
- To prove to my best friend that I can do anything I set my mind to. She won’t have a reason to hog all the attention when I’m thinner.
- So I can make more money.
- To get a nose job to harmonize with my new, slimmer face (and maybe a small boob job).
- To look good in lingerie (or naked).
- To find better use of my time, such as discovering new hobbies.
- To feel attractive with minimal make up.
- To have a slimmer jaw that will make my whole face look good in any picture.
- To be light enough to pick up.
- So I can feel worthy enough to catch someone’s attention and not push them away when they make advances or compliments towards me.
