Here is a list of things you can do if your body wants to binge again:
- clean your house/room (don’t forget to wipe)
- drink as much water as possible
- try to draw your goal body

- make a list of 30 reasons why you want to lose weight
- draw something that gets into your mind in the next 3 seconds
- play games
- sit in the bus and just drive

- tinker something
- make gifts for Christmas or other holidays
- take a shower
- take a bath
- go to sleep, take a nap
- watch a documentary or other inspirational movies
- do a research about other tips and tricks to lose weight
- do exercise
- take some aspirin
- listen to music, stay at your room
